Den of Thieves

So here's a rough outline of what I'm thinking of for the characters. And I am not interested in the specific items, just the overall look. I think that you can read the individual descriptions by clicking on a character's set, but I'm not sure. They are accessible through my profile at any rate. Also, I still have to put together Boochie's "work" outfit. I'm struggling with what that should entail and how comfortable the actor will be with that.

Sal

Sal
I think that Sal should be established as the 'bad guy' with lots of dark clothes so that his betrayal of the Tuna family isn't too shocking. He also doesn't get to wear a jacket as part of his junior status. And I think it would be fun to hint at his gambling problem by having a playing card or two sticking out of his shirt pocket.

Little Tuna
So Little Tuna clearly knows how to dress like a gangster. He's seen Big Tuna do it his whole life. This is his attempt, but it's not totally convincing. I think that he should be in a suit and tie but in lighter, softer colors than the other two perhaps with a bow tie instead of a Windsor knot, and without a fedora. A hat makes a man, but Little Tuna is not a gangster at heart.

Big Tuna
For Big Tuna I just want to go with classic flashy gangster style. Pinstripe suit in a shiny dark fabric, white shirt with wide lapels, loud tie, fedora, loafers, and the gun that he kills Sal with. No nonsense, a killer's business suit.

Boochie "Casual"

Boochie "Casual"
I am trying to convey her over-the-top sexuality, personality (YOLO sounds like something she would say) and some gratuitous Dios les Muertos skulls thrown in. I'm thinking after she changes into these clothes she would be in slightly more comfortable but still hoochie clothes but keep her shoes on to save space in packing.

Flaco

Flaco
Flaco is not supposed to be a real badass so I'm just running with the most ridiculous stereotypes I can think of for his character, going over the top so his intensity seems more funny than unhinged. Hence the fake tattoos, the big chains, and baggy pants with the boxers hanging out. I'm not convinced that it has to be an Ed Hardy shirt but just something along those lines for an idea. I feel any flashy jewelry would work as well.

Maggie
For Maggie I'm thinking of a grunge look, but one not done for style so much as what she has to wear. Baggier clothes to make Boochie's "chubby" comment make more sense, a big purse for her to steal food with, and not particularly happy or bright colors. A wardrobe that is just kinda existing and has mostly given up. Just an idea of what I have in mind for each character.

I'm thinking a guy who is still used to wearing oversized clothes, inexpensive clothes bought as he quickly lost weight. He is supposed to be the 'goodie two shoes', a dork, so the mismatched tie and the clunky white dad sneakers should make him not intimidating. As with all of these sets these are just main ideas and not specific pieces I want.
